OUR SIGNATURE PROCESS

1: Everything begins with a complimentary 1:1 call with our founder, Erica.
During this call, we’ll chat about your business, your goals, what you want to be known for, and how we can support you on your socials to help make that happen. We’ll also cover your vision for growth, the aesthetics you love, and answer any questions you have about our services.

2: After the call, you’ll receive a custom proposal with the package options that best fit your needs.
You’ll review the proposal and choose the one you’d like to move forward with—then we’ll get everything ready to officially kick things off.

3: Once you've selected your package, we’ll send over your onboarding materials.
This includes your intake form, contract, and invoice. The intake form gives us all the juicy details about your brand, so we can represent your business confidently and effectively from day one.

4: Set-up time.
We’ll work together to get everything connected—social logins, inbox access, content folders—so we can seamlessly manage your accounts.

5: You sit back + let us do the work for you!
We’ll take the strategy, planning, and execution off your plate so you can focus on what you do best, while your social media starts working for your business.
